Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of health supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Replacement
Replacement will be provided only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Opened products
- Incorrect address provided by customer
